As we consider our approach to the coming weeks during Omicron, we have some decisions to make (assuming the government does not make them for us). The decision is ours, but we genuinely want to know your opinion and to consider your personal priorities. The fact is: we have some options in front of us, and since we’re here together we want your voice to be heard. Note that the answers to these questions could be nullified in the even of a further change in rules by any level of government.
